Orders, receiving, reports & statements
The warehouse holds your stock and ships it on your behalf. These portal pages let you follow that work yourself, without phoning or emailing the warehouse:
- What was ordered against my stock, and has it shipped? See Your orders.
- Has my shipment to the warehouse arrived, and did it pass inspection? See Your receivings.
- I need a record of everything shipped for my quality files. See The activity report.
- What did the warehouse hold for me at month end? See Statements.
You find all four in the portal's sidebar: Orders and Receiving under Activity, and Activity report and Statements under Reports. On a phone, tap the menu button at the top left to open the same list.
Everything on these pages is limited to your company's records. Another supply partner's orders, receivings or statements never appear, even if they use the same warehouse and ship to the same customers.
What you can and can't do here
These pages are for looking, downloading and printing. You can't enter, edit or cancel an order, and you can't change a receiving. The warehouse office does that; contact them if something needs to change.
There is one exception. If some of an order is set to ship directly from you to the customer, you can record that shipment yourself on the order's page. See Recording a direct shipment.
