Picking, packing & shipping
Once you release an order, the warehouse takes it from there: someone picks it, sets it down in a staging area, packs it, and ships it or hands it to a will-call customer. The warehouse does all of that on a phone (see Picking and Packing, shipping & pickup).
This section is the office's side of that work. From the desk you can see where every order is, and step in when something is stuck. You can also finish the shipping step yourself at the Ship station.
The journey of one order

Stock on hand drops when the order ships or is picked up, not while it is being picked. At release, ConsignTrak only sets the quantity aside for the order.

Packing is the check that the goods in the box match the order. That check has to happen with the goods in front of you, so the pack screen works only on a phone or tablet. The desktop shows the pack queue for reference only.
